Business Economics
The provision of Business Economics services includes Economic Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Costing and Pricing, and Break-even Analysis. Within Economic Analysis, we offer Financial Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Cost Effectiveness analysis.
Business Consulting Our Business and Project Consulting service offerings cover the traditional Management Consulting areas, plus Program/Project Management. We can also assist with the implementation of business process improvement through a tailored Change Management strategy.
Planning & Budgeting The primary planning services offered include Strategic and Business Planning, Marketing and Sales Planning and Capital Investment Planning. We can also assist where required with Budgeting (Capital & Recurrent), and the development of Business Cases and Funding Applications |
Workplace Training Workplace Training incorporates the design, development and delivery of training courses, and workplace assessment. In order to focus the training on needs, we recommend that a Training Needs Analysis be completed, and a Training Programme developed. Workforce capability may also be enhanced through business coaching and mentoring, or through knowledge and skill transfer in the course of a consultancy project. |
